Please join me for a women's workshop to introduce the Taoist Tantric practices specifically designed for women. These ancient practices from the far East focus on the circulation of energy from our sexual centers through a channel called the microcosmic orbit. The aims of Taoist Tantric practice are to enhance your vital life force and to refine your sexual energy to is spiritual essence. My aim with the workshop is to give you an experience of some of the basic practices - ovarian breathwork, the orgasmic upward draw and the jade egg exercises. The exercises involve breath, visualisation and some movement. I will simplify them to make them accessible and appropriate for a short workshop.

This workshop is the final workshop in my series on the second chakra, the energetic home of the vulva and our biological sexuality. Workshops are loose standing so you can attend single sessions. Anyone is welcome, no previous experience needed.
